Objective (Association’s status, article 2nd): The association is founded in order to operate on the following issues, with priority given to disadvantaged children and youth (those living under risky conditions, abused and ignored, those whose education, health service, alimentation or clothing needs are not satisfied, children living, working and/or forced to work in streets).

1. Assisting educations of children and youth and their social/cultural development, helping children and youth having addictions (such as addicted to inhalants, narcotics, alcohol, heroin, etc.) to leave off their bad habits, cooperating with various institutions, foundations, and families in order to provide children and youth health care and education services, pioneering foundation of centres in order to provide diagnosis and therapy to children and youth, helping abandoned children and children living in streets to get education and health care, contacting with their families and getting them meet with their families.
2. Educating migrant children and their parents in order to help their integration to urban life, providing educational support to children under risk who are coming from families with multi-children.
3. Supporting university education of youth who have completed their primary and high school education and succeeded in national university exam with support of the Association.
4. Providing vocational training to children and youth who had to give up their education in order to work.
5. Teaching reading and writing to illiterate children and youth, encouraging enrolment of those who have given up their education because of economic conditions, to “open university”.

Target: Parallel to the objectives mentioned in its status, the Association is founded to accomplish effective studies aiming to support solutions for problems of children and youth living under risky conditions.
Vision and mission: Approaching to problems of children and youth living under risky conditions (with priority given to children living/working in streets), focusing on reasons, not by pitying or making people pity.
Producing rational solutions suggestions, implementing these suggestions by various projects, breaking public’s prejudices and hopelessness on the issue. Cooperating with other institutions working on the subject.
